Deliveries, Deliveries And Even More Deliveries!

I have been really busy in the shop the last few weeks with Mothers Day, and I haven’t been able to Blog, so I thought I ‘d take some time out to let you know what new goodies I  have in.

A great range of Wall Plaques came last week.  There is something for everyone (even hard to buy for Dads!!)  My favourites are, Cake is for Life Not Just Birthdays, and, If In Doubt Have A Glass Of Wine.  Should be motto's for life!!

I also got a delivery of owls!   I think I said before that I have an owl theme in the shop at the moment, so I found some more to add to it.  Brilliant owl hand creams and lip gloss, they are gorgeous.

 I also got a delivery of Rosie Fox Fascinators and Hair Bands.  I ordered them back in February and forgot how amazing the are, very stylish.  And they have come in at a perfect time as the wedding season is here and I have had lots of interest in the existing Fascinators in the shop, and a few people waiting for these new ones to come in.

I love them, think I have had each one on at least once!!
            
Oh well, I had better go and do some work now!!

Miaou Crafts

I am very excited to be collaborating with a local artisan, fabulously named Miaou.  (You can follow her on her blog) 
She has made me beautiful Owls that fit in perfectly with the Owl theme I  have in the shop at the moment.  I also have her handmade Cup Cakes that are selling fast, which is no surprise! 

I am really excited to see what else she can come up with next.  Don’t worry I will soon blog and let you all know.

A Swishing Affair

I have been invited to attend a Swishing Evening at the Weigh Inn Hotel on Thursday 31st March, to help the  fund raising efforts for Playden Nursery, Thurso.

What Is Swishing?

Swishing is ethical clothes swapping or shopping without the expense. 
All you do is bring nice, clean, presentable clothing that has been lurking in your wardrobe.  Other woman fall in love with them and give them a good home.  AND you get to take away what you choose!!!
Admission is £5 (Tickets available or payable at the door on the night)
Cheap night out if you ask me!  And a good excuse to get rid of some old clothes and to fill the hole they leave with some pre-loved goodies!!
I'm going to take along some Handbags, Silver Jewellery, Hair Bands and Lots of Fashion Jewellery to finish all your new outfits!

Celebration Fair
